Rebecca Darwent Global (RDG) is a philanthropic advisory committed to building an interconnected world where our shared humanity drives transformative actions for social and climate justice.
Founded by Rebecca Darwent, a TED speaker, philanthropic advisor and social entrepreneur dedicated to unlocking the collective impact of purpose-driven philanthropy.
In 2020, she cofounded the Foundation for Black Communities, leading fundraising, community engagement and advocacy that resulted in a historic 200-million-dollar commitment to Black philanthropy by the Canadian government.
The Challenge:
Support her growing thought leadership and speaking engagements.
Launch the Purpose-Driven Giving framework and build an engaged audience around it.
Strengthen her brand positioning and digital presence so her mission and impact are clear.
Put in place a sustainable content system, one that was intentional, consistent, and could grow with her work.

Facilitated a brand discovery workshop with Rebecca to understand her vision, values, and goals.
Defined brand foundations: values, messaging, voice, personality, audience segments.
Created an audience journey map to understand needs, touchpoints, and messaging at every stage (awareness, consideration, decision, engagement).

Created key messaging pillars to communicate community-led philanthropy in accessible ways.
Crafted tone of voice guidelines to keep all communications consistent, human, and inspiring.

Developed thought leadership content: newsletters, LinkedIn strategy, speaking resources.
Integrated channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, events, email) into one consistent system.
Designed branded resources, media kits, and presentations to support speaking engagements.
